The house is a few minutes drive to A14 and A12.

The double room has a double bed with under bed storage. The wardrobe is a double with a mirror and the room has a bed side cabinet plus a desk and chair.
There are two lamps also in the room.
There is a built in wardrobe for extra storage.

The room has it’s own shower pod plus a vanity unit.

There is a seperate bathroom with bath/shower and WC and a separate cloakroom WC downstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a large freezer.

There is also a conservatory providing extra space off of the kitchen plus an extra fridge and lots of cupboard space.

The lounge has a 49" TV and we have the top high speed broadband package.

The rent includes a two weekly cleaner for the common areas and all bills are included.

Off road parking and on road parking is available.
We have a shed where bikes can be stored as access to the garden can be made via a side entrance.

Sorry but we cannot take couples. We also do not allow smoking in the house due to the smoke alarms.
