The room has a double bed. The wardrobe is a double with four drawer storage underneath. There is a mirror and the room has a bedside unit.
There is a built in wardrobe for extra storage.

There is a desk and chair.

There is a seperate bathroom with bath/shower and WC and a separate cloakroom WC downstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a large freezer.

There is also a conservatory providing extra space off of the kitchen plus an extra fridge and lots of cupboard space.

The lounge has a 49" TV and we have the top high speed broadband package.

The rent includes a two weekly cleaner for the common areas and all bills are included.

Off road parking and on road parking is available..

Sorry but we cannot take couples. We also DO NOT allow smoking in the house due to the smoke alarms.
