Spacious double room available to rent in this beautiful, clean and tidy, house located 2 mins away from Ipswich Hospital, 10 mins away from town by bus or a 20 mins walk, and easy access to A12. If you enjoy walking or running the Heath is also 2 mins away.

The double room is a good size and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, draws, and internet is available through the house.

It's a house share with two friendly ladies, a Finance Professional, and a Nurse. We are very clean and tidy and I'm looking for someone who also likes to live that way. We respect privacy and space, but would also open to enjoying a glass of wine or two together.

It's a spacious house, with kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower and bath, and a great size lounge/diner. There is a large private and secure garden, lovely for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. Parking is available on the drive way.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED so there is no need to worry about bills.
