We are offering a double room with TV in our home on Grange Farm, Kesgrave with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables providing useful storage space.
You will have personal use of the main bathroom with bath and shower over, and a well equipped snug with 55" 3D TV, Surround Sound System and Blu-ray Player downstairs.
You'll also have access to the shared living space and our well equipped kitchen.
We have full house WiFi, 930Mb fibre, off street parking and an EV charger.
Easy access to Martlesham Park & Ride and 66 Bus to town and the railway station.
Ideally located for professionals working at BT, Ipswich Hospital or Sizewell.
All bills included in the monthly rent.
About us.... We are a 'young at heart' recently retired couple who have 5 grown up sons and a number of wonderful grandchildren.
We are active in our local community and enjoy the company of others, both young and old.
We can provide a homely environment for someone new to the area but, equally appreciate that you may prefer your own space and privacy.
You would be welcome to join us for some meals at a nominal extra cost if you wished.
