The rooms that are coming available shortly are in a large six bedroom house that has a shared living room and kitchen. The house also has wireless Ultra Fast Internet Access (900mbps) and Netflix and BBC iPlayer.

The rooms are both double rooms and are fully furnished including double bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers etc. One of the rooms has an ensuite shower room, the other room has the use of the shared bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

The house should contain everything you require except your bedding (bed and mattress are included) and is situated in the IP5 area of Kesgrave. There is off road parking available at the property.

All rents include all bills including the Wifi, Council Tax, Energy and Water.

There are great public transport links very near to the house including the frequent Route 66 Bus Route within a few minutes walk of the house which goes to the Hospital, the Station and Ipswich Town Centre and also to BT in Martlesham, and runs 24 hours per day.
