Double room available to rent in a nice quiet street in the Kirkley area of Lowestoft, a good size double room with double bed, the bedroom is furnished and can come with bedding or you can supply your own if you wish.

The bed and wardrobe is a year old and the carpet is new.

Looking for professional working people preferably, short or long term available. Couples considered at additional cost but must be working. (Strictly non-smoking residence)

Lounge- with 55'' TV, and internet.

Kitchen- fan oven,
(shared fridge/freezer for Lodgers only). toaster, microwave, use of pans, utensils etc. New washing machine.

Dining room is a good size and has been redecorated.

Shared bathroom - bath with shower, WC, washbasin & cabinet, and wall cabinet.

Garden-patio area with table, chairs and a bench.

*Parking is on the road and there is ample space. The road is blocked off at the bottom so there is no through traffic and it is very quiet, especially at night.

House Rules:

NO Smoking, Vaping or E-Cigarettes.
NO Shoes worn inside house.
NO Late night Guests/Friends or anyone staying overnight.
