Double room available to rent in a nice quiet street in the Kirkley area of Lowestoft, a good size double room with double bed, the bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, tall unit, bookcase.

We are looking for clean, tidy, quiet and respectful people that clears up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom and help keep the place clean for others. And to keep their bedroom clean and tidy aswell.

The bed and wardrobe is a year old and the carpet is new.

Looking for professional working fulltime people. short or long term available. (Strictly non-smoking residence)

Lounge-with 55'' TV, and internet and has been recently decorated.

Kitchen- fan oven,
(shared fridge/freezer for Lodgers only). toaster, microwave, use of pans, utensils etc. washing machine.

Dining room is a good size.

Shared bathroom, bath with shower, WC, washbasin & cabinet, and wall cabinet.

Garden-patio area with table, chairs and a bench.

*Parking is on the road and there is ample space. The road is blocked off at the bottom so there is no through traffic and it is very quiet, especially at night.

The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and the town centre about 15 minutes.

House Rules:

NO Smoking, Vaping or E-Cigarettes.
NO Shoes worn inside house.
NO Late night guests/friends or anyone staying overnight.
NO Personal heaters or the use of candles.
NO Late night cooking.
References required from either employer or previous Landlords.
