Large room to let with Ensuite

Large ground floor room to let, has ensuite with shower, we are looking for a person who likes animals as we have dogs and cats. the kitchen is to be shared with the other people and we would like someone who cleans up after themselves. We work from home most of the time and would like a person who has a full time job 9-5 preferably. The bills are included but you will need to buy all your own groceries. We are outgoing and easy to get along with. Looking forward to hearing from you.
The room is clean and painted, has a wooden floor and built in wardrobes and a mirror, we can talk about what you need in there as no point adding excess furniture you might not need.
