Room 7 will be available from 8th July and is priced at £925 PCM
Room 2 will be available from mid to late July at £900 PCM

The house is supplied with gigabit broadband which is distributed to the rooms by both wi-fi and ethernet. There is a large communal lounge diner in the centre of the house and two fully equipped kitchens.

House is in central Leiston, walking distance from the local co-op supermarket and multiple takeaways. A mere 5-minute drive from Sizewell power station and an 8 minute walk to ACA.

All bills, including council tax, included in monthly rent.

All our rooms are available to anyone. None are exclusively for Sizewell C Workers.
