2 Double Rooms available to rent by 2 people individually. Preferably looking for Sizewell Workers but Happy to rent the whole house to 1 person/ couple or family but rent would have to be discussed. Everything will be done properly through an estate agent (AST, references, deposit etc) so would need the same AST to be signed by both parties.
Available from 1st September - AST is 12 months but happy for extension if required. Bills are not included but in total normally average £200 each (Water, Energy, Council Tax, WiFi etc) happy to continue paying them myself and charging £200 each ontop of the rent if that’s easier for everyone (caveat will be stated in the AST about going over the £200).

Room 1 has a double bed, storage underneath, desk and 2 wardrobes

Cleaner comes every 2 weeks.
