The kitchen has sage-coloured cabinetry, wood-effect worktops, an oven and hob, sink and microwave. The lounge has a corner sofa, coffee table and a dining table beside the glazed garden doors. Outside, there is a graveled rear garden with a paved path and private parking space for a 3 cars.

THE ROOMS
Room 1 — Double bedroom with a bay window and private en-suite shower room.
Room 2 — Currently a single bedroom with a wardrobe and television.
Room 3 — Currently furnished with a single bed, white wardrobe and small table; shared bathroom facilities.
Room 4 — Double bedroom with a bay window, television, desk/shelving and private en-suite shower room.
Room 5 — Single bedroom with two windows and open clothes storage; a communal WC is next door, with shared shower facilities.
