The house is in a wonderful edge of village location in beautiful countryside overlooking stud paddocks in a quiet country lane. It is just 5 minutes drive outside Newmarket and about 20 mins drive to the outskirts of Cambridge. There are wonderful walks from the house and a great pub nearby.

The owner only stays about once a fortnight in a separate part of the house. 3 cats belonging the other two female housemates live full time at the house.

The large kitchen/diner is comfortable with a pine kitchen table and two sofas. There is also a cosy smaller sitting room. So there's lots of scope for space and privacy.

There is a good sized fenced garden, and private off-road parking. Pets would be considered. Some bills are included (Broadband, water, etc). Oil, council tax (Band E) and electricity are shared.
