The house is in a wonderful edge of village location in beautiful countryside overlooking stud paddocks in a quiet country lane. It is just 5 minutes drive outside Newmarket and about 20 mins drive to the outskirts of Cambridge. There are wonderful walks from the house and a great pub nearby.

The owner, who does not reside at the property, stays about once a fortnight in a separate part of the house. 2 cats belonging to a housemate live full time at the house.

The large kitchen/diner is comfortable with a pine kitchen table and two sofas. There is also a cosy smaller sitting room with woodburner. So there's lots of scope for space and privacy.

The upstairs is divided into the ensuite bedroom now available, plus a separate landing with 3 bedrooms (one used as a store room) and a second bathroom.

There is a good sized fenced garden, and private off-road parking. Pets would be considered. Some bills are included (Broadband, water, etc). Oil, council tax and electricity are shared.
