Hi,
A master bedroom is available in a quiet street in Newmarket town centre.
The room has a large wardrobe and storage cupboards and I can supply a double bed and mattress, table and chair on request.
There’s plenty communal space including a large sitting room, gardens back and front, a dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The other lodger is an easygoing and responsible 27-year-old female care worker who works full time, and I wfh as a newspaper journalist.
The terraced home is within easy walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants, train and bus connections to Cambridge and Bury and free parking.
I’m looking for a responsible and considerate lodger with a stable job and connections to the area.
The electric and heating bills are not included in the rent - you’ll pay a third of the monthly bill which comes to around £30 in the summer, totalling £580 per month.
