A cosy double bedroom is available in Newmarket town centre.
The house is a two min walk from the town’s high street shops, pubs and restaurants.
You’ll pay half of the electric and heating bills. They come to around £25 in the summer and £80 in the winter, averaging to about £550 over the year.
The house has a car park opposite which does seasonal passes. There’s nearby free parking, train and bus connections to Cambridge and Bury as well.
The communal space is shared equally and includes gardens at the back and front, kitchen and dining area, living room and a spare room in the back garden.
I wfh as a journalist, am easygoing and keep the place clean.
I’m looking for a responsible and considerate long-term lodger with a stable job and connections to the area.
