Currently have a couple who have lived in the house for 6 years. They are moving onto into their own place.
Full house is available to a single person or a couple. Access to the master bedroom with the small bedroom locked as a store cupboard for owner.
Landlord not living in so this essentially is a full house lodger agreement.
The house has a small private garden. Decent size living area as well as kitchen and downstairs bathroom/shower. The road is a quiet countryside lane with a fantastic park just behind the property.
Lodger is to cover bills, however, some will be included for example council tax.
