Double room in quiet area of Newmarket

I have a room which is available now. The property is with in a short walking distance from the station and town centre in a quiet area with ample road parking. I have a well kept garden with patio and hot tub (bit cold at the moment) and a pampered cat in residence. The room is well appointed with large wardrobe, chest of draws etc and comfortable double bed. Bedding and towels are suppied or you can use your own. There is a shower room at the top of the stairs, ajacent to the bedroom. No bath I am afraid. Living room and kitchen are shared with me and Zuma the cat. Rent includes gas, electricity, council tax and broadband
I am looking for a friendly, considerate person who is respectful and tidy to share the house.
