One newly decorated and carpeted good sized double bedroom with en suite ( for single occupancy) in a detached house in a quiet area of Newmarket available from the beginning of January 2026
It is near to the train station and in easy walking distance to the town.
I am happy to accommodate either a weekday-only person or somebody full- time. Short term lets are preferred but happy to discuss longer term tenancy if required, No working from home tenants please
There is a double bed (bed linen and towels are provided and washed regularly for you) and a wardrobe with clothes storage space in the bedroom. There is also a desk and chair in the room.
You will have use of the kitchen and the pleasant garden if you wish.
There is off-road parking if required
