We have a lovely room available in our peaceful village house just outside Newmarket.

This is not your average house share. The house is very spacious, modern and is maintained to high standards.

We are looking for someone who knows how to clean after themselves and respect others. Someone who is not looking for a party house but looking for quality accommodation whilst working in Cambridge, Newmarket or Bury St Edmunds.

First floor bedroom with quality double bed. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, recently decorated. Shares bathroom with 1 other person. Easy street parking available directly opposite the house.

We have an open-plan kitchen/diner with granite worktops, dining bar, oven, dishwasher, big american fridge/freezer, washer/dryer etc. There is a lounge area in the kitchen with dining table, sofa and TV.

There is a separate shared living room with 65" tv. Fast fibre internet covers the house with a mesh wifi network for strong wifi signals.

Nice private garden plus patio & BBQ. Ideal for sunbathing, working outdoors or evening drinks in summer.

Located 5 mins drive from Newmarket (with Waitrose, Tesco etc). Or it’s an easy 15min commute to Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds. Why live in a small box in town when you can live here in fresh air, quiet surroundings, with lots of space, but still near everything. Easy parking (on street only for this room) right outside the house.

Its often just as fast to drive from here to Cambridge science park or town center than from other parts of Cambridge.
