Students please Google bus service 111 to see the limited public transport that's available. Suitable for shift workers who need peace and quiet through the day. MINIMAL TRAFFIC NOISE.

Conveniently located for NW Ipswich, Needham Market and Wattisham Airfield. IPSWICH HOSPITAL 30 MINS ON COUNTRY ROADS AVOIDS A14.

On and off street parking, well-equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. Conservatory, back yard, clothes drying facility (no tumble dryer), excellent storage.

Will consider those who are trustworthy individuals, not necessarily in full-time employment, but able to afford modest rent and who are willing to share with other like-minded adults who cooperate to make sharing a pleasant experience. A willingness to help with occasional pet care and home security would be appreciated. Current housemates happy to chat with potential new housemate to reassure respect we have for one another.

Pets considered, provided they get on with my 2 friendly dogs. Sorry, NOT suitable for cats. Lots of dog walking and socialising available.
