We have 2 elegantly decorated rooms to rent in Old Felixstowe.

There is a furnished double bedroom with a basin and furnished private living room in our spacious 4 bed 1920s semi. It's on a quiet street, but 5 mins walk from town/railway and sea (we think it's a great combination).

There is a shared bathroom with modern fitted shower and bath. The kitchen is newly re-fitted with a rangemaster cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is in a separate newly re-fitted utility room along with a separate fridge and freezer for the new housemate. There is a newly re-fitted downstairs shower room. There is a dining room and a main sitting room. The house is doubled glazed and has been recently re-decorated and has new or re-finished floors so it looks quite nice.

There is a large garden with patio and garage. Parking is on street outside the house.

Broadband, BT YouView and bills are included.

2 working professionals. We do our best to be clean, respectful and easy going. We are hoping to share with someone similiar

We have a friendly dog and a cat, so we need someone who likes both. 1 of us is a smoker, but only outside.
