A spacious double en-suite room is available in a modern, well kept home on a Monday to Friday basis, making it ideal for someone who works away from home during the week and returns home at weekends.

The room has a private en-suite bathroom and a large built-in wardrobe. It is currently furnished, although I will be moving into another bedroom within the house, so the room will have brand new furniture including a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers before a prospective tenant moves in.

Council Tax Band E - All bills are included

A little about the household:

I'm a relaxed, easy-going 40-year-old professional who enjoys cooking, travelling and keeping the house clean and comfortable. I work from home some days and I'm also away with work fairly regularly, so there are times you'll have the house largely to yourself.

I also have a friendly cat called Oreo, so you'll need to be comfortable living with pets.

My two children stay with me on Wednesday evenings until Thursday mornings, so the house is a little busier during that time, but it's generally a quiet and relaxed home.

I'm looking for someone who is:
