Please note this room is available for £350 per month for a Monday to Friday let. It is £400 per month if it taken as a full time lodging.

Spacious bedroom in a lovely family home, all bills included. Free wifi with access to a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, off road parking available, no pets and is smoke free. 

I live here with my husband and our 3 year old son and we have 2 bedrooms we let to lodgers. My husband is an electrician and I am a stay at home mum. We are looking for someone either long or short term. We have previously hosted a lot so you'll find we are friendly, but not in your space. No cleaning is required, as I clean the house weekly - we would only ask that you leave the shared areas the same as you find it!  The available room is the other side of the house to our son's bedroom so any disturbance will be minimalised.

It's a 4 bedroom house so it doesn't feel crowded with 3 bathrooms, so no early morning queueing! 

No agency fees to pay and only one month's deposit and one month's notice requested, with no minimum stay length. 

Red Lodge has good road access to Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. It's close to Mildenhall airbase and is a friendly village with good local amenities.
