The room is a double room at the back of the house with views of the garden and fields. The room comes with a double bed and will been freshly decorated once current lodger has moved out. The house has super fast 500mb internet which covers the entire house. Shared family bathroom upstairs and downstairs WC. The house has a 32 foot lounge with 1x 4 seater, 1x 3 seater, 1 x lounger chair and single seater. The lounge also has a log burner. The kitchen is 30 foot with 6-8 seater table and chairs, breakfast bar, American fridge freezer, under counter fridge, dishwasher and lots of work top space. Washing machine in utility room.
The room comes with off road parking for your car. Rear garden is decked at 3 different levels with views over the fields.

My children’s mother has expressed I only except a female lodger. We have had lodgers for the past 3 years.

As this is my family home my children will be there on a set pattern.
My son (8 years old) is at the house Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, then every other Saturday night until Sunday afternoon.
My daughter (13 years old) is here every other weekend (Saturday afternoon until Sunday afternoon).
I have a set working pattern which Involves me working mostly 0600-1600 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
