Annexe has it's own entrance and is connected to main bungalow via a utility room - locks fitted both sides of the joining door. Kitchen/living area is fitted with 2-ring electric hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and desktop freezer.

We have 2 cats (very friendly) hence preference for no pets in rental and are non-smokers.
Rental would suit student/professional person - short walk to Hospital (20 minutes) - slightly longer to university campus and town centre (30-40 minutes) and we are on main bus route to/from town centre.
We are Council Tax band 'B' although rental includes all bills.
