Large private rooms available with kingsized/double beds and modern en-suite shower, toilet & basin. Easy access to kitchenette with cooking hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and coin operated washing machine is available. All bills are included in the price.

Rural location 10 minutes from Saxmundham national railway station (20 minutes to Sizewell) with free parking and wifi access. Booking for single occupancy contractor/working guests. Our prices get lower for longer stays. We can also offer weekly stays at varying rates. The rate of £800/mnth advertised is for minimum of 3 months.

Our 19th century farmhouse provides large private en-suite bedrooms. The rooms are south facing with views of the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The rooms are centrally heated. Also included is seating, a large wardrobe, free wifi, TV and off road car parking close to your room for guest use.

Your room is completely private and you will not have to share any inside space with us although we may see you in the car park occasionally. This is a very peaceful location, perfect for relaxing after work.
