Bedroom & Bathroom for rent.

Hello, I'm looking to rent out my spare bedroom.

There's space enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe and dresser in whilst still being able to comfortably move around.

You'll have access to your own bathroom which has a bath, toilet and sink in. Towel rack to hang two bath towels, hand towel holder. There is also ample space in the bathroom for a form of storage cabinet.

I'll be working away a lot over the next year or two so you would largely have the house to yourself/yourselves.

The kitchen area will be fully equipped and free to use. Space will be ample in the fridge freezer along with any necessary cupboard space.

There is a private car park just behind the house which has a visitors car park space next to mine. This space is currently unoccupied every day. Though if I'm not much here you can use mine if the need arises.

Monthly rent will go towards gas, electric & water. WiFi. Tv licence. Though such specific details can be ironed out at a later date.

Only thing I ask past the rent is to just keep the in a clean, respectable manner.

No smokers.

Looking to establish a signed agreement on a rolling 6 month contract with a months notice period for both parties.
