Double room convenient for Newmarket/ Cambridge

I have a furnished double room available in the lovely village of Stetchworth just 5 mins from Newmarket and 30 mins from Cambridge. Dullingham and Newmarket train stations are 10 mins away and i am surrounded by beautiful countryside with lovely walks.
There is a shared living room, kitchen, shower room, conservatory and garden with off-road parking.
You'll be sharing with Fred, 41, who works as an exercise jockey in Newmarket. I work early mornings until midday. I have two dogs, so any pets must be compatible with them. I enjoy going to the local pub and my one lie in each Sunday morning.
I am looking for an independent, considerate person/couple to share the house.
£625 per calendar month with all bills included. 1 month deposit required in advance.
