Room 1
First floor Very large room with king-size bed, WOULD SUIT ONE OR TWO PEOPLE as a couple, own shower but share of 2 toilets one up and one down, Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV in room, desk, 2 armchairs, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside cabinet with lamp, use of small but fully equipt Kitchen and dining room, use of washing machine and own mini fridge.

Room 2
Ground floor, Large double room with small double bed, SINGLE PERSON ONLY all amenities as per room one
quiet street close to Stowmarket station, bus service and main town, short walk to Stowupland village in opposite direction, use of courtyard and bike storage if required

Communal areas will be cleaned by owner, but please clean kitchen after you use it as with toilets, we also like to recycle as much of our waste as possible so I will put a list of items in which bins and days we have them emptied

Owner & Husband live onsite but are mainly out during the day
