This is a ‘small’ room with double bed and has lots of storage Possibly better suited to somebody with a busy work / social life and not someone who likes to spend a lot of time indoors due to its smaller size x

I am a live in land lady early 40’s but away often and you would be sharing communal areas with myself, my cat Willow and a very trusted male in hes early 30’s who rents the other larger room and has been with me for 4.5 years.

10 minutes walk to Tesco’s.
15/20 minute walk to Sudbury town centre.
