This is a ‘small’ room with double bed and has lots of storage thanks to the lift up under bed storage System.
Possibly better suited to somebody with a busy work / social life and not someone who likes to spend a lot of time indoors due to its smaller size x

I am a live in land lady late 30’s and you would be sharing communal areas with myself and a very trusted male in hes early 30’s who rents the other larger room.

10 minutes walk to Tesco’s.
15/20 minute walk to Sudbury town centre.

I do have a cat named Willow
