A cleaning company will clean the house on a bi weekly basis and your area will be included with the rest of the house, saving you the need to store a vacuum cleaner and such like. There is a stairway which does lead to the upper part of the house but, as mentioned, your area is completely private for you. There is a driveway to park your car plus numerous roadside spaces. The house is situated within a 20 min walk into town and a 5 min walk to Tesco. Sudbury train station is a 25 min walk. The house is in a nice peaceful area.
