40 mins from Stansted Airport, can do some airport runs if required (extra), 1 mile outside Sudbury, 6 miles Halstead, half hour to Colchester, Bury St Edmunds.

Would suit working or professional individual who is dog-friendly, as home comes with human-loving dog - house-trained, but limited domestic skills (cleans hard flooring ;-) ).

Own transport is an advantage. Bus stop for town opposite house, but buses are infrequent.
