Hello!
I am looking for a housemate to rent out my spare room!
The room is a really great size, bright and light with a double bed, large wardrobe and desk!
The living room is spacious with kitchen, toilet and a first floor bathroom with shower. The garden offers a great outdoor space and plenty of off-street parking too.
Thurston is a great location with with a coop for all the essentials, two pubs, fish & chip shop and recently opened Domino's pizza which is an epic addition!
Bury St Edmunds is a short drive away and the A14 is super close too!
A massive bonus there is a railway station in Thurston which is just 10 mins walk with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stowmarket and Ipswich.
I am a outgoing person and you will feel super welcome. Would be great to share meals and hang out when time allows, but totally respect each others space.
