I am really looking forward to renting out my spare room!
The room is bright and light with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair.
There is a spacious lounge/dinning room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is a garden and plenty of off-street parking.
Thurston is a great village with a coop, hairdressers, fish & chip shop, cafe, butchers, two pubs and petrol station.
Thurston is just outside of Bury St Edmunds with good access to the A14.
Thurston also has a railway station with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stowmarket and Ipswich. The station is only 10 mins walk.
