Lovely Short Term Latitude Festival accommodation

A really nice, comfortable double room, next to the bathroom in a nice, terraced house in a wonderful village, very close to Southwold and Henham Park - Latitude festival site. Use of all other rooms (Excluding the lounge) facilities (Not the washing machine) and garden. Fine, safe, street parking, if required at the front and back of the property. A large kitchen, looking out onto the back garden with patio doors leading out onto the garden. Nice garden furniture, and outbuildings. Free, very good WI-FI, tea, including herbal and green teas, coffee, milk, bread, spread included. Also all nice, comfortable towels and bedding included, predominantly pure cotton, egyptian cotton, eco friendly, hypo allergenic and ethically and neutrally laundered. A person on their own preferred, a considerate couple fine at a slightly higher rate. 1 or 2 nights maximum stay. Special buses are laid on from the village, with very close stops. Some handy, nice, really close amenities in the village, including 2 gorgeous shops - village shop, farm shop and 2 wonderful pubs, The Angel being just at the top of the road, a beautiful, historic building serving fabulous food, including breakfast, booking is required for breakfast and recommended for lunch and dinner. A large car park, a small amount of outdoor seating at the front and a large beer garden at the back.
£75 deposit to secure the booking, and to cover any minimal damages. A mimimum of 4 weeks notice required if not attending for non forfeiture of deposit. £95 per night single use, £120 for a couple.
