Kisumu is a Grade !! Listed, medieval farmhouse set in large gardens on the edge of a village in Suffolk. The existing four tenants are working males who amicably share toilets, shower and bath, a living room and a large kitchen and all appliances, which include induction cooker, hotplates, washing machine, microwave etc. The shared facilities are cleaned regularly.
There is no local public transport but there are train stations ten miles distant and a few buses run through local villages.
There are friendly pubs within two miles, and an active village hall and church in the village.
The landlady lives in a barn annexe on the site. The house is Council Tax D, this and other regular costs such as electricity, water, TV and WI-FI are paid by the landlady.
