- a large, fully equipped kitchen-dinner - with ample cupboard space; electric hob and oven; microwave oven; two fridge-freezers (one for each of us), and washing machine – the patio doors lead out to the landscaped back garden;
- the spare bedroom is furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space underneath; wardrobe; pine bed-side cabinet and chest of drawers; tub-chair; full length mirror; towel/clothes ladder, and a large TV is available if required;
- shared bathroom with large walk-in shower;
- separate WC;
- radiator heating and double-glazing throughout;
- off-road parking, and some storage space is available in the garage,
- all rooms are bright with large windows, remote controlled blinds, and curtains.

This home-share would only be suitable for someone comfortable with living alongside my two cats.

The monthly rent of £550 includes all household bills, broadband, and fortnightly cleaning. Bedding & towels can also be provided if required at no extra cost.

Low deposit of £200 – to be used to secure the rental booking whilst references are taken up & ID checks are made. The deposit will then be used in the event of damage to property, but returned at the end of the rental agreement if no remedial work is required.
