Bedrooms are tastefully furnished to accommodate your storage requirements, with enough scope to add your personal touch.

OUTDOORS
You have direct access to a quiet garden with rear pedestrian/ bike access, a lawn, good sized patio and relaxing outdoor furniture to enjoy the south-facing aspect. For bikes, you will love the large security shed, with internal bike rack. Off-street vehicle parking (x 5-6 spots) is available, with no restrictions locally for guests.

THE AREA
The house is conveniently located for local services and access to the M25 J11, and beyond that to the M3, A3 and M4. A regular (no. 461) Bus service connects to local town centres Addlestone (with new gym), Chertsey (including St. Peters Hospital), and chic Weybridge, with a full range of stores and services.
There is a parade of over half a dozen shops nearby (150 yards), a leafy green open space opposite the house, alongside a public park, not forgetting a traditional pub/ restaurant 500 yards away. What more could you ask for?

ADMIN STUFF
Utility bills are included in the monthly rent, covering Council tax, communal TV's, fast Broadband, Gas, Electric and Water. A Cleaner maintains the communal areas weekly to a high standard. A Gardener looks after the outside areas, so that attractive views are ensured all year round.

THE LANDLORD
The house is managed by non-resident, NLA accredited owners, providing a top-quality service. Your deposit will be registered with the government-backed DPS. All tenancies are subject to referencing and contract, the landlord genuinely cares about keeping a contented house. One person rents each room, with no more than two persons per (shared) bathroom. To be clear, this is a non-smoking/vaping house.
