I am frequently away in London myself and my lodger is a v friendly guy who works as a chef, fairly long hours and loves the gym so he’s out a lot. The house is therefore a quiet one and the bathroom, although shared is virtually never used by Dean because of his gym membership, etc..
I’m very open to five day weeks with a reduction or a short term rental
