I’m looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person to share my spacious flat.
The room is large and fully furnished, with a king-size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV — so there’s plenty of storage and space to make it your own.

💷 £1,000 pcm including all bills
🚗 £1,050 pcm including bills + designated parking space

A cleaner comes twice a month to clean the communal areas. If you’d like your bedroom cleaned as well, this is an additional £40 per month.

The flat is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, and who appreciates having a nice, peaceful home.

A little about me: I work in wine retail and enjoy crafts, reading and watching TV in my spare time. I’m friendly and easy-going and would ideally like a housemate who is sociable but also enjoys having their own space.
