YOUR HOUSEMATES

The housemates are all professional people (20's to 30's) who work hard but also like to socialise together on occasion, so if you are new to the area this house share is a great way to get to know new people. All housemates are carefully selected to ensure a good fit and mix with the existing tenants.

HOUSE

The house comes fully furnished with a very large shared kitchen diner and a living room with a 55-inch Samsung smart HD TV with catch up, play back and 350 Mbps Ultra fast Internet throughout.

The kitchen has a range cooker with 7 burners and 3 ovens and all kitchen equipment and utensils are provided.

The high spec boiler with pressurised hot water system will ensure hot water is available at all times while keeping the house nice and cosy in the winter.

All rooms have smoke alarms and fire doors for your own safety.

Weekly cleaning of communal spaces and gardener as required.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The enclosed huge sun filled West facing garden with large patio is perfect to relax in. It includes outdoor furniture, Weber charcoal BBQ and a lockable shed with easy side access for bikes.

PARKING

Off street parking is available and there are NO parking permits required to park in the surrounding area.

THE BORING STUFF

Electric, water, gas, a communal TV license and council tax are all included.

Your deposit will be secured via a government approved scheme (Deposit Protection Service)
