Beautiful Studio Room with an ensuite over looking the garden at the front and the back of the house.

This room is for singe occupancy ONLY

This is a brand newly renovated house share. It has been decorated to a high level and is both comfortable, but stylish and beautiful too,

This room is beautifully designed with a kitchenette and a working desk area and a living room with comfy chair.

This ensuite room over looks the front and the back of the house and the large garden, It is not over looked by any other houses.

There is acoustic membrane between the floors to create sound proof rooms and a mechanical ventilation system brings fresh air in to the house, Think Boutique!

All the rooms are unique and have been interior designed to a high spec making sure that comfort/ hot showers and high speed wifi are in place. All the floors have been super acoustically sound tested too. All the doors are lockable. There is a desk & chair, small double bed & large double wardrobe with 3 draws within. There is a TV Socket and Cat 5 socket for faster internet, There are blackout blinds The living room is comfortable and includes a dining table & chairs & TV as well a large sofa and comfy chairs. French doors open on to the garden. There is a utility room to ease laundry tasking. The bike shed stores bikes securely. There is electric charging for a vehicle. There is free parking outside the house.

A Cleaner cleans the kitchen and communal areas on a weekly basis and a gardener maintains the garden.

I genuinely loved my time living on Stanwell Road, it was only meant to temporary but I ended up staying for much longer than anticipated. Fiona has created a warm and welcoming home that is a true zone of zen for all those living there. Fiona has truly gone out of her way to try think of how 7 people might live harmoniously together and implemented as much as she could to aid comfort and happy living. Not only this, but Fiona is open to suggestions and ideas as to how to improve the property and its facilities, and then is quick to implement. Whenever an issue cropped up, Fiona was quick to respond and really treated each housemate as an individual with individual needs which I appreciated and think is important. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to reintroduce myself back down south post pandemic and have a lot to thank Fiona for!

Everything is carefully thought about & put together.

Having a communal area was a huge bonus to me, able to socialise with other housemates or relax on your own.
I shall miss this home.
