Aerial and Ethernet sockets are available in each bedroom. The cleaner comes weekly to clean the common parts.

The house is situated on a quiet residential road. On street parking is available, which has no parking restrictions. The property is a stone throw away from Ashford High Street and Ashford Station. Buses run nearby and M25, M3 and A308 are easy to get to.
