Shared bills approx £115/month including broadband but may subject to a further increase in gas/electric use during winter 2026/7 (Total £795/calendar month not 4 weeks). It is a short walk Bagshot train station (Waterloo is approximately 55 minutes by train), 5 mins drive M3 J3 and 2 miles to Camberley town centre. Mixed shared house. Facilities include TV, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave etc. Satellite connections pointing to Hotbird and Astra2 cabled to the room (you have to provide own receiver if you already have SKY box it will work). There is off street parking to the side of the house and more around the corner.

Short term lets considered at increased rate.
Please note this room is provided on a serviced basis and all rooms are cleaned, fire alarm and fire risks checked each week.
