I'm looking to rent my house to 4 professionals, there are 6 bedrooms, you can use the rest as an office or spareroom.

1 ensuite, 2 receptions, open kitchen and dinning room, 2 bathrooms, powder room, summer house with separate kitchen and toilet. If you have friends who would like to share the house with you would be great. The drive way can fit 4 parkings. You can walk to the village in 15mins for public transport. Or drive to the closest stations: Woodmansterne, Coulsdon South and Sutton. All will take you 35-40mins to Victoria or London Bridge.
