(My sofa is coming in August and it’s a 3 seater, so you’ll have place to sit lol).

The flat is just a 7-minute walk from Belmont Station, with excellent transport links into Central London, including London Victoria in around 40 minutes. It’s also close to local shops, amenities, and several green spaces, making it a great location for both commuting and relaxing.
