Inside, the annexe is open plan throughout. There is a standard double bed downstairs and then a mezzanine floor accessed by a ladder for storage.
Washing machine ànd freezer space accessible in outbuilding of main house. We do not have a tumble drier.

Weekly clean àt £20 per week is an additional cost for lodger to cover in cash/advance. If a full hour is not needed, then we can adjust time/cost for cleaning.
NB this booking will be run through Airbnb for insurance purposes on a month by month basis so please be prepared to join Airbnb in order to rent the property. There are service charges through Airbnb but I have lowered the rent so as to cover these and final monthly payment will be £1259 to the tenant, no further costs on top.
