We are looking for a couple to rent this studio room. With its vaulted ceiling and a roof-light, the room has a bright and spacious feel.

- En suite bathroom has high quality fittings with a large shower, illuminated mirror above the sink and an electric toothbrush point.
- Living area with sofa and coffee table. Fitted storage cupboard. There is ample space for a small dining table and/or desk.
- TV aerial point
- High speed Virgin Media internet with ethernet point in living area

Shared areas:
- Modern open plan kitchen dining area with high quality appliances including gas hob, electric double oven, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher.
- Pantry with plenty of space for food storage
- Utility room with modern washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a clothes drying area.
