Great sized Double with Ensuite

Lovely, airy, clean double room in a semi-detached cottage with garden. Single occupancy only. The room has good storage areas, desk/chair and decent walking space.

The ensuite has a power shower and always gets a glowing review.

I am looking for someone friendly, down to earth, tidy, clean and quite happy in their own company. It is a relaxed/chilled place to unwind after a hard days work.
I have been happily renting the room for almost 20yrs now... so know what works. I do go to bed quite early, live relatively healthily (I enjoy a gin/beer though!) and also have an eclectic mix of interests/pastimes.

I would consider Mon to Fri tenant.
It would NOT suit someone working from home on a regular basis.

The living room is not shared as it currently doubles as my office and pottery room but that is not set in stone. There are two TV's downstairs and two other comfy places to relax in. This has never been an issue for anyone.

Love for a happy cat is a must!

You need a car for Bletchingley. Parking on the road has been safe to date. There is a bus stop at the top of the road on the A25 to get to Redhill Station/Oxted. We have 3 pubs, coffee shop, a village store, and fab walks into the countryside so you need a car for more excitement. 20 mins drive from Gatwick. 10 mins to the hospital.
