Room available as a 5 day week - Sunday eve to Friday AM.

Double Bedroom has velux window and window overlooking garden, double bed, built-in wardrobe/drawers and bedside cabinet.

House - chalet bungalow style, 3 beds, with garden and garage for bicycles. Bathroom/loo upstairs and a shower room/loo downstairs. Sitting room and separate dining room. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Off road parking.

Location - cul de sac residential road, short walk to good bus service into Guildford/Cranleigh/Horsham, flat cycle to Guildford, Godalming, Cranleigh.

Occupants - Live in Landlady & long standing lodger - we are both working professionals with a busy day and so enjoy a peaceful evening. I have said I have pets, unfortunately mine have sadly gone, but I do have dogs and cats occasionally staying, so you do need to love animals and be comfortable in their presence.

Bills include gas, electric, water, fibre broadband. Only available Sunday eve to Friday AM.

Not suitable for couples.
