Location - cul de sac residential road, short walk to good bus service into Guildford/Cranleigh/Horsham, flat cycle to Guildford, Godalming, Cranleigh.
Occupants - Live in Landlady & long standing lodger - we are both working professionals with a busy day and so enjoy a peaceful evening. I have said I have pets, unfortunately mine have sadly gone, but I do have dogs and cats occasionally staying, so you do need to love animals.
Bills include gas, electric, water, fibre broadband. Only available Sunday eve to Friday AM.
Not suitable for couples.
