Friendly houseshare in Surrey.

We have a furnished double bedroom for rent in a large bungalow in Brookwood. We are an easy going, chilled, clean, sociable house looking for an equally chilled housemate to join us. Currently living here is 1 girls, 1 guy. And the maximum number of housemates we will have will be 3.
We have a big driveway so plenty of room for parking and we have a massive garden which hosts a good bbq in the summer.

We're a 3 minute walk away from Brookwood station if you don't have a car, or for those days you just can't be bothered to drive, and you can get to London in 30 mins or any other destination you desire... Woking is a 5 min train ride and 10 min drive and Guildford is just as close. We live a 2 min drive or 10 min walk away from a massive sainsburys which is pretty convenient and there's also a fair few pubs and shops in walking distance. There's loads of scenic places to walk as we live right down the road from Basingstoke canal if that's your thing.
Smokers are allowed but no smoking inside the house, it's not the 90s. Bills are included and there's a decent sized lounge and happy for people to come over.

The room itself is light and airy. It is a loft room, so is the only room that's a little more separate from the rest of the house. It's pretty big and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, shelf, chest of draws, bed side table and lamp. It also has extra storage inside the room.

We have a black cat but we have a cat flap so he's pretty easy.
