Friendly houseshare in Surrey.

We have a spacious, furnished double loft bedroom for rent in a large bungalow in Brookwood with bills included.

We are looking for an easy going, chilled, clean, housemate to join us.

The room itself is light and airy. Its the only room upstairs so it offers little more privacy from the rest of the house. It's pretty big and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, shelf, chest of draws, bed side table and lamp. It also has extra storage inside the room.

The maximum number of housemates we will have will be 3, and the other room in the house is an ensuite so the main bathroom in the house will only be shared between me and whoever occupies this room.

We have a big driveway so enough parking for everyone to have a car each and we have a large garden which hosts a good bbq in the summer and a greenhouse if you fancy growing a herb or two.

We're a 3 minute walk away from Brookwood station which has great transport links to london and the surrounding areas like Woking or Guildford.

The house is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk away from a massive sainsburys which is pretty convenient and there's also a fair few pubs/shops in walking distance. The area is quite scenic as we live right down the road from Basingstoke canal which is lovely for a walk or run if thats your thing.

We have a black cat but we have a cat flap so he's pretty easy.
