The room has its own private back door as well as a number of windows which makes it very bright and full of light. The internal door is leading to a large living room. Furniture include a double bed, a mattress, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table.

The shower room right next to the room is shared with only one other housemate. There is a massive open living room with a dining area, leading to a well equipped kitchen, a large patio and a garden which are shared with other housemates. 

The house is fully furnished to include living room furniture, kitchenware and appliances. There is double-glazing and gas central heating throughout. 

Parking is available as well as storage space. Bills are included in the rent and one month deposit is required.
