Double Room Near Town Centre with Parking

We are looking for a Lodger as we have a spare room. Double room with built in wardrobes and desk area. The room is ideal for a single professional.

Internet and bills are included. Offstreet parking is also available.

This is a “room only” with use of kitchen/diner and almost exclusive use of main bathroom (we would only use the bathroom in the evening for to give our daughter a bath) Use of Garden also welcome and storage space available if required. No access to family areas such as living room. The rest of the house is occupied by the family, Mum, Dad and two young children 5 & 1. The house is a non-smoking household, although smoking allowed in the outdoor area.

The house is 5 min walk to Camberley Town Centre, 7 min walk to Station.

All essential amenities such as banks, post office, library, shops, doctors, restaurants etc as well as a fantastic leisure centre and Cinema and bowling for recreational activities are within a walkable distance.

References and ID will be required due to child safeguarding.
