Hey! I am Gemma, 30 - looking for a female to rent the small Double Bedroom with your own bathroom in my flat so this is a flat share post :)

I am the only other person who will also be living in the flat with you, so it will be a chilled environment - where sometimes it’ll feel like the flat is your own! The room can nicely fit a small double bed in with furniture.

• Sharing with one other housemate (me!), I am super chill, clean, down to earth and love a laugh!
• Duplex flat with shared living room and kitchen, with private roof terrace (it’s a gorgeous sun trap!). Feels like a mini house with the upper floor.

• Unfurnished (but can discuss furnished if you need)
